Automotive Technology program

Students enrolled in the Automotive Technology program will learn to utilize industry standard tools and procedures for entry-level automotive servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance. The program offers a learning environment similar to what students should expect to encounter in the automotive servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance industries. Students are provided a large variety of vehicle makes and models – both foreign and domestic – to work with while completing the program to gain valuable hands-on experience. The Automotive Technology program is a MAST program accredited through the National Automotive Technician’s Education Foundation. Information regarding accreditation can be obtained at:

The Davis Tech Automotive Technology program provides students with the necessary skills to begin employment in their selected field. Students who complete their program will be prepared to take the tests for the following certifications:

ASE Automobile and Light Truck Certificate: A1 Engine Repair
